Description: Dear Homeowner,

The annual Spring Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 8 AM to 3 PM. To insure success please use the following tips that have been used in the past.

1. Place balloons on your mailbox.
2. If you live in a cul-de-sac, a sign on the corner directing drivers down your street is helpful.
3. Merchandise is more easily seen if set up in the driveway (weather permitting).
4. Large items, e.g. furniture goes very early in the morning. Late in the day there are also customers coming through for additional discounts.
5. Getting neighbors to pool merchandise is more fun.
