RULES/REGULATIONS: Pursuant to the Covenants and Restrictions of the Crystal Pointe Homeownership, the Board of Directors is permitted to adopt rules and regulations to supplement the Covenants and Restrictions [see
Paragraph 11, subparagraph g(vii)]. Regarding such rules and regulations, the following motion was unanimously passed by the homeowners association at the July 18, 2001 CPHOA meeting:
"Whereas the Covenants and Restrictions do not specifically cover every issue of concern by homeowners, and Whereas the Covenants and Restrictions provide the Board of Directors to issue rules, and Whereas not every rule is 'perfect', be it Resolved that at each CPHOA budget meeting all rules are reviewed and renewed for one year."
