1. Check on rules/motions dealing with April’s proposed motion
2. Provide Karin & Johnn with up to date directories and maps,
3. Prepare minutes of this meeting,
4. Send e-mail about missing signs,
5. Ceck with Teipen on taxes,
6. Contact Rick S on lake,
7. Set date for Tim B and the web,
8. Contact Karne J on Garage Sale,
9. Check Wickham on deck approval,
B. CHRIS will
1. Easter Egg Hunt: take care of eggs, money, raffle,
2. Work with Rick Sutherlin on Lake project: coordinate with DNR,
Marion County, other bids, algae eating carp, etc.
C. JOHNN and LEE will work on Capital Improvement
1. Will send Wickham a follow up letter and then it goes to the
lawyer,
2. Provide time line what will be done at the entrances for the April
business meeting,
3. Investigate fence situation at 12732 CPDr.
4. Next Cap Improv meeting is 4/8/08
5. The next ARB meeting will produce guidelines for lawns, etc., fro
the Spring,
6. Check on April meeting date, 15 or 22 ,

D. KARIN will
1. Check with Chris about taxes, old membership dues from 2007,

2. Prepare list on non dues payers for lawyer by April 15,

4. Prepare treasurer’s report for April business meeting and for
newsletter
5. See what she can find out from friend/relative(?) about
foreclosures, e.g., Loretta
6. Karin will change locks on PO Box and secure 3 keys
7. Give John a list of all homeowners and addresses of those who
paid to check against Directory
E. OTHER
1. April Agenda approved (See A. 1. above)
2. Karin reported 208 homes paid dues by 3/1; 14 more paid
through 3/25; 41 to be received or which 6 appear
abandoned/foreclosed,
3. Corey family dues refunded as were two late fees (late fees
were sent prior to Karin’s letter)
4. OK for Garage Sale for May

no date? Need to reprint some more stationery, but logo needs
cleanup.
