A. JOHN will
1. will send in INTEROGATORY on law suit,

4. Arrange for church meeting in July

1. Write newsletter article about trees falling out of yards by Feb 1,
2. Call for Testing Pond water.
Executive Board Meeting
3. Cost of removing silt traps by working with Rick Sutherlin & Hoosier Acquatic

1. Continue working with KIB on dates for tree plantings this fall; work with Nate if at all possible

1. Find out the cost from a private contractor to trim 100 trees in the neighborhood,
2. Write letter to City of Lawrence confirming their response to cut trees, do they need individual addresses in advance?

II. OTHER
A. Reviewed articles for NEWSLETTER: e.g.,
1. ad in newsletter for incomplete data on directory,
2. ask for volunteers
3. tree trimming notice
B. Attendance at meetings is a requirement of being a Board member. Need to suggest alternate dates in a timely fashion it can’t make a meeting, e.g., a week before
C. ,Reviewed that Board should only be three members. Nothing decided since 3 members absent.
D. Karin reported 33 home owners owe money. This is 24 dowe dues and late fees; 9 owe just late fees. Some homeowners owe as much as $900. Karin has worked with new accountant and old lawyer to update records. Lawyer is not pursuing at this time collecting late fees. These will be rolled into next year’s billing.
E. Next Exec Bd meeting is late June,
F. Trees not trimmed will be on ARB form for non-compliance with COVENANTS
G. There were no federal taxes in 2008
H. 1,000 sheets of paper to order for newsletter from Kinko’s
I. Dionne Dynlacht and Rose LaPadula are in charge of the garage sale.
